Waiting on Change?

Waiting on Change?  Too often those waiting on change are simply coasting in the present. Example: If a pastor has submitted his resume to a number of churches because he wants to make a move, often he will throw it in neutral and start coasting in his present assignment.

The change you may want right now may not happen so the wise leader will continue to lead in his present assignment as if he will be there forever. Make the most of your moment and pour yourself into the Lord. Keep leading leader and if your leader (The Holy Spirit) wants to make a change in your work, then He will do it when you are faithful in your current assignment.

1 Corinthians 4:2 “Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.”
